Pandukholi is a famous place located in Chaukhutia of Almora district. These places are situated at an altitude of about 9,000 feet above sea level. It is said that when Pandavas were exiled in the Mahabharata period, then Pandavas were staying at this place with his wife Draupadi. It is said that Pandavas had established Mahadev Shankar's Devalaya at this place, in which the idols of Lord Shiva and Pandavas are present.
