Sonprayag is a famous place located in Rudraprayag district. Sonprayag is at an altitude of about 1830 meters from the sea level. Sonprayag is situated on the banks of the confluence of two sacred rivers Basuki and Mandakini. Due to the sacred water of two sacred rivers, this place has excessive religious significance.
