Swargashram in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Swargashram is a famous ancient ashram located in Rishikesh. This Ashram is situated on the eastern bank of holy river Ganges. This ashram has been established by Swami Vishudhanand. This ashram was built in honour of the popular Hindu saint Vishuddhananda, which is known as named of 'Kali Kamali Wale Baba'. There are many small ashrams in addition to the store, park, tea-coffee shop, other shops, ayurvedic dispensary, library, meditation centre, hotel and restaurant in the premises of this ashram. Can be reached through the Ram Jhula bridge built on river Ganga till this Ashram. The temples, caves and hostels are located inside the ashram. In this Ashram, a various religious ritual are organized from birth to death. There is an extensive collection of religious and cultural teaching books in the Ashram's library. Best Time To Visit

The journey of Swargashram can be done throughout the year, but the best time to visit here is between the months of October to April. Travelling here in these months is the best and enjoyable. During the winter season, the weather of here is cold. Due to cold in the winter season, the temperature of here goes down very much. Due to heavy rains in the rainy season, it is a bit difficult to travel of here because of rains.
