Unlike commercial water parks, reaching Shikhar Fall involves a fun 1 km hiking trail along a shallow mountain stream. You walk over smooth river stones, cross wooden bridges, and tread through cool running water shaded by tall oak trees.
Picnic Spot & Amenities
At the top, visitors can swim in the natural rock pools under the waterfall. Local vendors set up bamboo stalls serving hot Pahadi Maggi, bread-omelettes, and tea right beside the water.

The best time to visit Shikhar Fall is between the months of September to April. Travelling here in these months is the best and enjoyable. During the winter season, the weather of here is cold. Due to cold in the winter season, the temperature of here goes down very much. Due to heavy rains in the rainy season, it is a bit difficult to travel of here because of rains.
